Founder / Artistic Director
Rovion "Rokmore" Reed is a music producer, educator, and cultural programmer whose practice explores participation, sound, and creative community through interactive music-making.
Drawing from years of work developing participatory programming through Kinetic Vibez and public-facing activations through Loops & Libations, Reed brings an interdisciplinary approach that moves between sound, culture, education, and public engagement.
As Founder and Artistic Director of LOUPZ, he is developing interactive sound culture as an evolving curatorial and participatory practice.
